1. Introduction/Our Story
Feeling quite low, feeling out of sorts, feeling low on self-esteem. Feeling as though we have run out of steam.
It’s been a long road this journey we are on. A rollercoaster of a journey. This is literally because of the many highs and lows we faced and still face.
These feelings can make us feel as though we do not have a sense of purpose or belonging. It can be a very lonely feeling.
I think the current worldwide situation is also having a major effect on our mood, thoughts, and feelings. The possibility of yet another lockdown isn’t the greatest feeling.
We always try our best to remain positive day by day, but sometimes we have low days and we need to acknowledge this, take note, and do our best to move through the feeling as best ss we can.
We decided to share this and make it a topic in case it might be relatable to someone.
