The world has seen significant changes over the last few years. The way in which we lived our lives drastically changed in what felt like an instant. The worldwide pandemic brought about:
- Shielding
- Self-Isolating
- Social distancing
These things are about separation from friends, family. Every day usual tasks and routines. Mentally and physically this type of change can take its toll in many ways.
