This week is Mental Health Awareness Week. The theme for this year is ‘anxiety’ this is something that my sister and I suffer from a great deal over the past six years. From the moment our Dad was hospitalised in 2016 to date. We try our best to not let it affect our everyday tasks, but sometimes this is much easier said than done.

The world has seen so many changes, and with each new situation we face, there is a chance it can cause feelings of anxiousness.

If conflict particularly triggers you, you may need to learn conflict resolution strategies. Also, talk with a therapist or other mental health expert to learn how to manage the feelings these conflicts cause”.
