1. Introduction to the topic

We would like to say thank you to Logan Groll from Book Launchers for reaching out to us. Just from the brief introduction into who AJ Coleman is and what he does, we instantly felt inspired by this and definitely knew this would be something beneficial for our blog. Logan reached out to us as he appreciated our vulnerability in sharing our story so that others wouldn’t be alone in theirs.

Grief, mental health, health, state of mind, and well-being are things my sister and I feel passionate about. Our perspective is as females, but at the same time, we are also aware and know it is equally just as important that the feelings and emotions that men experience are shared and talked about.

Since starting our blog my sister and I have come to realise that talking about Grief can be deemed to be a taboo subject, however the same can be said of men and expressing feelings. This is why we will always welcome the opportunity to share such stories.

We had the pleasure and privilege of reading AJ Colemans’ book: Keep Those Feet Moving. It spoke to us and resonated with us in so many ways. It is authentic, transparent, and very inspiring.

We also had the pleasure of interviewing AJ Coleman, and we are honored to be able to share this with our community.

5. Grief Probate Journey Final thoughts

This interview left us feeling inspired. It also helped us to see things from angles that we might not have thought of before. Our perspective in life is of a female. Men and women are different, there are many situations that will be different for us. Social situations are an example. When speaking to AJ he was explaining what it is like when he has to take his daughter to the toilet and the reactions he gets. This was not something we had necessarily thought of before.

We hope this interview will help those who might watch it. Please do comment/share if this resonates with you.
