This week is World Wellbeing Week. The purpose of this week and this awareness is to highlight the importance and aspects of wellbeing such as physical and mental wellbeing.

Daily life can be hectic, as well as the cost-of-living crisis, being aware of our physical and mental state of mind is essential. This is why my sister and I will continue to try our best to help promote and spread awareness of matters like this.
