1. Introduction
This is one of these topics that weren’t necessarily planned. When working on a previous topic, we came across the term “Grief Exhaustion”. That got my sister and I thinking about ourselves and our journey recognising the fact that it has made us feel exhausted. And so, we decided we wanted to find out more about it.
Due to our individual medical conditions, we have symptoms of tiredness, as well as everyday tiredness. But since the loss of our Dad and everything we went through there were days, and still are days that we feel so tired as though we’ve never slept before ever. it is the weirdest and most draining experience.
With everything that has gone on in the world in the past few years, people have unfortunately suffered losses of various kinds. And in a time when the world had transformed into something that we had never known or lived through before.
Because of these reasons, we wanted to do a topic in case there are other people who might be experiencing the same sort of thing.
