Today (10th October) is World Mental Health Day.
Worldwide we have and are going through so much daily. Not only with the worldwide pandemic, but also with natural disasters, crises, and many other situations.
All of these things can and will take a toll on the body mentally and physically. Our physical and mental state of mind is so important, and with the times we are going through right now, it is even more important.
Trying to help to spread awareness of matters is one of the many reasons my sister and I started our blog. This is why we could not miss the opportunity to help to spread awareness of this very important day (We also have topics on:
