1. Introduction
We are Grief Probate Journey, we have been absent from social media for a few months due to our Instagram account being hacked in May 2022. We have felt the need and want to return and are finding our way again in the space and platform we created and were a part of. For our mental state of mind, it was necessary for us to have a break, but we feel better within ourselves to return to what was once so familiar to us.

My sister and I feel very strongly about Eye health. There are a few of our family members who have lost their sight. Our Dad included in that. Unfortunately Due to the bacteria from his diagnosis of Infective Endocarditis going into his eyes, he lost his sight and didn’t regain it back.

With the way the world is of late and everything we have been through, the mental state of mind is so important. It is not only important for adults, but for children and youth. This is something that we feel passionate about. During the pandemic we had to isolate ourselves, we were on lockdown. Life as we knew it and usual activities all came to a halt. An abrupt stop, Because of this keeping fit and active wasn’t as easy. Another reason why we are passionate about this is that unfortunately for our Dad he wasn’t given sufficient physiotherapy which led to him becoming bedbound. This was as well as losing his sight because the bacteria from the Infective Endocarditis infection went into his eyes.
